• What are the hours? We are open by appointment only. Private Rental - Please arrive about a half hour before your scheduled time so you can get set up. Workshops & Public Ghost Hunts - Doors will open a half hour before event and close promptly at the designated start time.

• Are there any hotels nearby?  Twin Falls State Park has a lodge a short drive from the Manor. Then there are many options in Beckley, WV. These are about a half hour drive from the Manor.

​

• Where should I eat? The Rebel Smokehouse and Miss Mandy's are in walking distance. Just decide between BBQ and Italian, then enjoy!  If you are around in the morning check out Second Street Station (not actually on Second Street)

​

• Can I bring snacks? Yes! We recommend it in fact. There is a small kitchen area for you to set up as a base. Feel free to use the fridge, microwave or coffee makers. Just please clean up after yourself. 

​

• Where can I grab extra snacks? The Little General is just South on 16, as well as an IGA North on 16.

​

• Is the building really haunted? We think so, come check it out for yourself

​​

• What are your rates? Public events will be event dependent. Private rentals are $300 for 6 hours, typically from 6-12, other hours available by request if we can. This is for up to 6 people, each additional person is $50. ​

​

• Can we sleep there? Yes, the full overnight goes to 8 am. The rate is $450 for up to 6 people then $75 per additional person.

​

• What are the sleeping arrangements? You will need to provide your own cot or air mattress, pillow, and bedding. 

​

• Will I be asked to sign anything? Yes, there is a waiver that you will be required to sign. There will be no entry without it.

​

• Is there an age limit? Yes, private groups are 18+. Public events will vary, please read each event description to see if it's age restricted.
